  • Never surrender the dog to a shelter, rescue, or third party

  • Return the dog to us under the Lifetime Take-Back Policy if you cannot keep it

These requirements align with the ethical expectations of responsible breeders and AWA-related humane care principles.

6. HEALTH REPRESENTATIONS

We follow strict health protocols, including:

  • Veterinary examinations

  • Vaccination and deworming schedules

  • Appropriate socialization

However, we cannot guarantee against:

  • Future illness

  • Behavioral issues

  • Owner-created conditions

  • Accidents or injuries

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Veterinary expenses after pickup

  • Behavioral problems arising from environment, training, or owner handling
